I have a few questions about IDE and software setup.

  1. Which version of Visual Studio Community is better 2019 or 2022? I do not have internet access at all and wondering if I could download a offline installer to USB and install it that way?

  2. Also how do I avoid Visual Studio 30 day sign in? Is is possible to sign in from elsewhere? Will it transfer to my pc?

  3. Anyone know where to get the latest version of REclass.net? Not sure where to get it from.

    Hi and welcome to RE.SE. How does all of this relate to reverse engineering? Especially points 1 and 2 seem to be totally off-topic. Now ReClass.NET can be found on GitHub and if you wanted to get anything newer than the last release (from 2019) you'd have to build it yourself.
