I have binary file from microcontroller MPC5674F - 32bit Power Architecture, e200z7 core. When I open it with hex redactor I see C headers, which I would like to unpack. Tried to open file with IDA PRO, like Power PC little endian MPC56XX , but not much of luck. How could I get C functions?

  • This sounds really weird, usually firmware is a binary file, where you occasionally see some string constant. But not the C headers. And usually the disassembler is required to see assembler code, and getting C functions usually means decompiling manually from assembler to C. – Anton Kukoba May 4 '18 at 12:33
  • I analyzed whole file and i see a lot c programs (bootloader.c / drivers.c and so on...)how could I extract those? – Gincex May 4 '18 at 21:21
