This question already has an answer here:

I have a malicious JAR file that is very interesting because it's running a custom encryption for its packed malware. I'm looking for a Java debugger, but something that's lightweight. I'm running in a 32-bit environment, so software that is 32-bit is obviously preferable. I have looked around and I've seen ways you can debug JAR files with source code, but I haven't seen anything that's only with the JAR file.

Any tools, techniques, etc. that anyone can recommend?
