It's difficult to say exactly what issue you're encountering, but if you're seeing truncated decompilation you can try increasing the "Maximum characters in a code line" setting in the decompiler. I've seen that result in ... for long lines as you're describing.

To do this, you can either right-click the decompiler window and choose Properties or go in from the Edit->Tool Options... menu. In the resulting options menu navigate to the Decompiler->Display page and you'll find this setting near the bottom.

In the export dialog menu there is an Options... button that will let you adjust the length of the various fields included in the ascii export. You can increase the length of the fields that you're seeing get truncated so that the entire contents can fit. This might make the document a little harder to read in an editor since you might have to scroll horizontally, but if you're scraping the output then perhaps this won't bother you.
