I initialized the application in my code: configuration = HeadlessGhidraApplicationConfiguration() configuration.setInitializeLogging(False) Application.initializeApplication(GhidraJarApplicationLayout(), configuration) I think the issue is that I'm not replicating how PyDev creates the Jython environment.
